Imagine,
An all in one
A device that’s everything,
A tennis racket, a golf club, a baseball bat

Something we all can use
For fun, entertainment, and enjoyment
Practice our swings
Test our skills

Clang! The Master Sword,
Sharp and mighty
Wielded by the Link of Time
The all in one, the weapon to save the world

Vroom! Driving faster and faster,
Zipping pass the other cars and trucks
Doing spiraling tricks in the air
The all in one, the wheel
Not just gaming, really racing.

Zap! Little multicolored “Elebits”
Flying across the screen
A hectic world,
Flying objects
The All in one, a gravity gun

Winner of the Console Wars,
Bringing life to gaming,
Become embedded in the game.

Imaginary Fruit Poem

The soft outer skin is punctured by knives
A pungently creamy taste sinks into my tongue
As the fruit becomes teary
And juice drips out of the body

A waft of clean candles
Drifts into my nose
Sounds of a rabbit chewing at
Crisp lettuce enters my mind

I take my teeth away, revealing
The insides of the food
Looking like moon cheese

And I stare at my new discovery
Of apple-nana

Peppermint Ice Cream

A waft of warm air
Drifts from my body
And is replaced by a minty,
Crisp smell
As a sweet, cool taste
Is licked from the smooth
Yet chunky surface
Of the white and lightly
Red-stained melting
Ice cream

A stream of sugary,
Creamy liquid
Flows through my throat
And on my chin

I bring my fingers
To the spot
And feel a sticky, watery
Liquid make contact
With my skin

I wipe it off and take a bite at the
Coffee colored cone
Which feels like a bee’s hive
In my hand.

The slightly soggy inside is contrasted
By the crack of the outside
Topped with more of the sugary liquid

I smile sweetly to myself
As I continue to enjoy
The peppermint ice cream
